Reverse Printed 3 micron BOPP film + 3gr/m2 wax or 2 gr/m2 glue + 6 micron aluminum foil. The total weight of the structure is 23 gr/m2 which is equivalent in weight to 8.5 micron aluminum foil but in strength and machine runability is equivalent to 15 micron aluminum foil. As 3 micron BOPP film is so thin that the aluminum foil takes it as the lacquer- there is no deadfold compromise to the aluminum foil properties.

Due to the shiny effect of the printed film, it allows to use any recycled type of the paper not suitable for printing, but final product will have more premium look than any expensive paper. 3 micron BOPP film adds strength to such a thin paper as well as high wrapping quality, shine reflection, ink insulation due to the reverse print on the BOPP film and high-speed production.
